Refund & Cancellation
Last updated 2026-07-15. Operated by Bridge Bright Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). English is the governing language.
1. Try before you pay. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The trial is your evaluation window — you receive up to two weekly reports before any charge. If it isn't for you, simply don't subscribe; nothing is billed.
2. Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
3. Monthly subscriptions. Because the Service is delivered continuously as a digital service, fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except where a mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies. Cancelling prevents future charges; it does not by itself refund the current month. EU / UK customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a paid subscription; if you asked us to begin immediately and then withdraw within 14 days, we refund your payment less a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
4. Annual bank-transfer prepayment. If you prepay for a year by bank transfer, you may cancel and request a refund of the unused full months remaining at the time of cancellation. Partial (already-started) months are not refunded.
5. If something is wrong on our side. If the Service does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it. If we cannot within a reasonable time, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy — a price reduction or a refund for the affected period — consistent with your statutory rights.
6. How to cancel or request a refund. Email [email protected] from your account address, or use the cancellation option in your customer portal. We aim to respond within a few business days.
7. Local consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection or statutory refund rights you have under the law of your country of residence. See also our Terms of Service. Customers in Japan: see the 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
