Update policy
The monthly rate includes up to 2 content updates a year. Beyond that, each update is a flat ¥10,000. All update requests go through LINE. Photography add-on ¥40,000.

Can I track more than one location?
Yes. The monthly plan includes one domain; each additional domain is $13/mo, up to 3 domains total. For 4+ we offer a build / managed plan.
Is there a free trial?
14 days free, no credit card. You get two full reports during the trial. Nothing is charged automatically if you don't continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime; it stops at the next renewal. Being a digital service, already-paid periods are non-refundable.
How do I pay?
Credit card (JCB and major international brands). Prefer bank transfer? We accept it on an annual-prepay basis. Business customers who need an invoice — please contact us.
Monitor vs. the build plan?
Monitor ($39/mo) is reports only — you make the fixes. The build plan (¥198,880 + ¥9,880/mo, Japan market) means we build and fix it for you. Everything in Monitor is included in the build plan.
